It has officially begun. I am finally on the road to becoming a registered yoga teacher! I have been practicing for about 10 inconsistent years, and am hoping to iron out all the kinks! I'm looking forward to the 200+ hours of training to eventually being able to guide others in their yoga journey, but I'm also hoping this will help give me the motivation and self-discipline to continue a solid practice. I have been practicing as often as possible since the training began, and you can follow my progress on skimble. I am also finishing up Light on Yoga by B.K.S. Iyengar, which I highly recommend to anyone looking to strengthen their practice and understanding of yoga.
